Our Rates
For Routine (Repeat) Customers
Our charges are based on a quote for each
of the locations we clean. Everyone's place
is different, and so the time it takes to
clean can vary greatly, even if it's the
same type of apartment or home. We quote
a flat rate for routine cleanings, so regardless
of the number of people in our cleaning crew
(usually one to three) or their individual
pace, you needn't "watch the clock"
because of an hourly rate.
These are the estimated flat charges for
a light-to-normal routine cleaning, once
every two weeks. These are not quotes; your
quote will vary from these estimates, based
on your individual needs:
Our minimum for a cleaning visit is $68; first-time cleanings can be (and
usually are) higher than ongoing cleanings. Rates are higher for special
cleaning needs, lots of stairs, if you have pets, or other time-intensive
cleaning work. Our routine service does not include windows and carpets,
but we can do them if you wish - if you want these services, there are
additional charges.
For One-Time or Will-Call Cleanings
It can be difficult to predict the exact amount of work required for a
one-time cleaning, so we usually do not give a flat quote for these type
of cleanings. Our rate for this type of cleaining is $34/hour per person.
We may bring a crew of from 1-3 people; the rate is $34 X the # of crew
per hour.
If your needs include window cleaning or
carpet cleaning, we can do these tasks as
long as you have made special arrangement
with us - there are additional charges.
Because we maintain a full list of regular
clients that keep our crews busy, it can
be difficult to schedule a one-time cleaning.
Move-out cleanings (at the end of the month)
can be especially difficult to accomodate,
since our availability usually fills quickly.

We Supply Everything
We bring all of our own supplies and equipment,
so you don't have to worry about stocking
up on that stuff anymore. If you have any
special cleaning equipment or agents you
want us to use, you'll need to supply those
items and we'll be sure to use them to your
specifications.
Customized Service
We record, in a database, the exact cleaning
list you want for each room. You'll receive this checklist
at the end of each visit. This insures that
your place is cleaned accurately and consistently.

We work hard to make sure nothing goes wrong.
It's nice to know, however, that you're working
with a cleaning company that is fully insured
in case of an accident. We can supply you
with the names and numbers of customers who
are happy with out service.
